Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springfield Holyoke

We arrived after hours. We were welcomed by a not-so-professional receptionist. We were guided to the back entrance to make things easier for us with our luggage, as it was pouring rain. The room was clean and well-equipped. I loved the lit-up mirror in the bathroom. The price of the room was correct. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast buffet, served in an open-spaced, well-decorated lobby. There was easy access to the freeway

The breakfast was tasty and often enough options for this picky eater. I was attending a wedding in Eastbampton, so the location was excellent and easy to find.

I was pleased by the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the hotel in general, the friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the people serving breakfast. So nice! I only stayed one night but if I have an opportunity to visit Holyoke for a longer period I will definitely stay at Fairfield inn Suites by Marriott.

Convent location , good breakfast, comfy beds

Lots of good breakfast options, facility very clean, lobby was cozy and a great space to work, hotel room was well-lit and very comfortable
