Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was clean and early. Coffee was exceptional. Room was spacious and clean. I did not use housekeeping but front desk staff and food service at breakfast were incredible.

We arrived after hours. We were welcomed by a not-so-professional receptionist. We were guided to the back entrance to make things easier for us with our luggage, as it was pouring rain. The room was clean and well-equipped. I loved the lit-up mirror in the bathroom. The price of the room was correct. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast buffet, served in an open-spaced, well-decorated lobby. There was easy access to the freeway

The breakfast was tasty and often enough options for this picky eater. I was attending a wedding in Eastbampton, so the location was excellent and easy to find.

I was pleased by the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the hotel in general, the friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the people serving breakfast. So nice! I only stayed one night but if I have an opportunity to visit Holyoke for a longer period I will definitely stay at Fairfield inn Suites by Marriott.

Big room and a clean feel and smell. Easily switched from a king to two queens before check-in because my daughter wanted to stay one night. Easy access to the interstate and several eating options within walking distance

This hotel was a good location and had several restaurants/bars close by. Breakfast had a good variety. The staff was very helpful. Easy to get in and out of also.

Nice breakfast, later...coffee and tea available in the lobby throughout the day. Nice indoor pool and very nice and accommodating personnel.
